Story
An American couple bring their 10-year-old daughter to her grandfather's hotel in Italy to tell her that they are separating. Hoping to bring them back together, she asks to celebrate one last Christmas together, even though it's August.. Lawrance Armanetti: And you two are gonna suck it up and act like you’re having a good time and just do what everybody else does in the world.
A very nice Christmas movie
It takes place in the breathtaking Dolomites (Italy). The movie is about Christmas time and relationships. DeVito is always hilarious and so are Jose Zuniga and the actor that plays Otto.
I really Loved the chemistry between Danny and his granddaughter Claire
The movie is about a couple that wants to separate but don't want to tell their daughter (Claire) themselves, so they take her to her grandfather's hotel in Italy, so he can give her the bad news. However, she's way ahead of them and already knows whats going on with her parents ( Wilmer Valderama and Lucy DeVito). So she decides to take matters into her own hands and also asks her grandfather (Danny DeVito) to help her make her parents fall in love again, but unfortunately, nothing seems to work.
I Definitely recommend to kids and adults to watch
She then asks for a last Christmas as a family (even though is August) and Danny does his best to create a Christmas during the summer. Its really funny and even though it touches relationship issues, it is still fun for the kids to watch.. There's a whole lot to love about Hulu's streaming offerings this month — get excited for brand-new series premieres and film favorites to watch at home.
